SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, all products are shipped via a tracked and signed service.
For shipping within the Hong Kong, the following charges apply:

Customized watches are your unique creative expressions. Please allow up to 10-15 working days in addition to the delivery service for your watch to be personalised. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

MODIFI cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Sadly we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

• Local Delivery (Hong Kong): Once your order is dispatched, it usually takes 3 to 4 days to arrive.

• Rest of the World: Shipping times will vary based on your location and local courier services.

IMPORT RIGHTS AND TAXES

We ship to all countries outside Hong Kong on the basis of "delivery with unpaid customs duties". This means that the recipient will be responsible for all sales taxes or import duties that may apply locally to the purchase.


TRACKING

As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.
